these are my copies of a wonderful illustrator named Sarah Markes. She's based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Her book about that city is called Street Level. The sketches are on top of old notes and working drawings.


My friends' baby is recovering from heart surgery, and another friend suggested I do a drawing for the parents. #prayerforwesley

rough sketch to show my assistant at Connecticut College how to make a 20' tall Eiffel Tower out of Christmas lights and spare conduit. This was followed by real drafting but conveys most of the necessary information.
